Mining ESG & Community Relations Manager

Lead community and water work for lithium producers in the Atacama.

• Design programmes that deliver measurable outcomes for the communities we work with
• Run social and human-rights due diligence across the value chain
• Own the Fernández Mining ESG sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
• Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change

• 6–9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with GRI Standards and ISSB (IFRS S1/S2)
• Working knowledge of Water stewardship (AWS), Human rights due diligence, IRMA standard
• Professional fluency in Spanish
