What you'll do
- Design programmes that deliver measurable outcomes for the communities we work with
- Run social and human-rights due diligence across the value chain
- Own the Sonatel Group sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
- Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with GRI Standards
- Working knowledge of Impact measurement (IRIS+), Programme design, Gender-lens analysis
- Professional fluency in French
