Water Stewardship Manager

Lead basin-level water stewardship for vineyards and orchards across Mendoza.

• Own the Andes Agro Collective sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
• Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change
• Track emerging regulation and translate it into clear implications for the organisation
• Represent Andes Agro Collective in consultations, coalitions and working groups

• 6–9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with TCFD
• Working knowledge of Water stewardship (AWS), Basin risk assessment, Irrigation efficiency
• Professional fluency in Spanish
