Senior Consultant, CSRD & Double Materiality

Lead CSRD readiness engagements for mid-cap European clients in their first reporting wave.

• Lead preparation of CSRD / ESRS-aligned disclosures across business units
• Build the data controls and evidence trail needed to move from limited to reasonable assurance
• Own the Northlight Advisory sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
• Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change

• 6–9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with CSRD / ESRS and GRI Standards
• Working knowledge of Double materiality, ESRS data points, Limited assurance readiness
• Professional fluency in Dutch
