Built-environment Cat-15 boundaries — quick question

Jonas — quick one. For Cat-15 financed emissions on a green mortgage portfolio, are you using the EPC-band attribution factor or moving to a measured-consumption approach? PCAF's been silent and I'm trying to lock down our methodology for the Pune municipal bonds work.

Hey — short answer: we use EPC for the long tail and measured for top-20% by exposure. PCAF v3.0 (still draft) is going to allow that hybrid explicitly. Happy to share the working paper our team wrote — it's not public yet but you can cite internally.

That would be enormously helpful. Pune issuer needs us to land on a defensible methodology by mid-June.

Sending now. One caveat — our EPC distribution is heavily skewed Swiss. India residential will likely look different and you might need a synthetic distribution from the BEE labelling data.

Got it — Priya Rao on my team has the BEE dataset already structured. Will report back after the issuer call.

Perfect. Also — Helvetia's hosting a closed methodology workshop in Zurich in September. I'd like to invite you as a discussant on the cities track. Sept 16-17.
