What you'll do
- Design and pilot circular models — repair, resale, take-back — with clear unit economics
- Track circularity KPIs and material recovery rates against targets
- Own the H&M Group sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
- Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change
What you'll need
- 6–9 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with GRI Standards and CSRD / ESRS
- Working knowledge of Resale & rental ops, Circular design, Reverse logistics
- Professional fluency in Swedish
- A track record of taking a pilot to multi-market scale
