Leather Traceability Manager

Trace every hide back to farm of origin ahead of EUDR enforcement.

• Lead preparation of CSRD / ESRS-aligned disclosures across business units
• Build the data controls and evidence trail needed to move from limited to reasonable assurance
• Design and pilot circular models — repair, resale, take-back — with clear unit economics
• Track circularity KPIs and material recovery rates against targets

• 6–9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with CSRD / ESRS and GRI Standards
• Working knowledge of Supply-chain traceability, EUDR, Deforestation-free sourcing
• Professional fluency in Italian
