Regenerative Sourcing Manager, Cotton

Grow regenerative cotton from 31% of volume toward a majority share, with farmer economics that hold up.

• Design and pilot circular models — repair, resale, take-back — with clear unit economics
• Track circularity KPIs and material recovery rates against targets
• Own the Patagonia sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
• Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change

• 6–9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with SBTi (incl. FLAG) and the GHG Protocol
• Working knowledge of Regenerative agriculture, Soil carbon MRV, Farmer programme design
• Professional fluency in Spanish
