What you'll do
- Own the Lumen Grocers sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
- Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change
- Lead preparation of ISSB (IFRS S1/S2)-aligned disclosures across business units
- Build the data controls and evidence trail needed to move from limited to reasonable assurance
What you'll need
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with ISSB (IFRS S1/S2) and the GHG Protocol
- Working knowledge of AASB S2 reporting, Food waste reduction, SBTi FLAG targets
