• Run lifecycle assessments and maintain a clean, auditable model library
• Turn LCA results into concrete guidance that design and sourcing teams act on
• Track emerging regulation and translate it into clear implications for the organisation
• Represent Eliasson Marine in consultations, coalitions and working groups

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with GRI Standards
• Working knowledge of Biodiversity baselines, Marine ecology surveys, Environmental impact assessment
• Professional fluency in Norwegian
