Green Building Certification Manager

Run certification across Asia's largest green-building portfolio by floor area.

• Own the Far East Real Estate sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
• Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change
• Lead preparation of GRI Standards-aligned disclosures across business units
• Build the data controls and evidence trail needed to move from limited to reasonable assurance

• 6–9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with GRI Standards and TCFD
• Working knowledge of LEED/BREEAM certification, Embodied carbon, Building energy simulation
• LEED AP certification (required)
• Professional fluency in Mandarin
