Sustainability Strategy Manager, Hospitality

Retrofit Gulf luxury hotels for water and energy without guests noticing.

• Own the Khaleej Hospitality Sustainability sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
• Brief senior leadership on progress, trade-offs and where the plan needs to change
• Maintain the decarbonization pathway and marginal abatement cost curve
• Work with operations to land the highest-value abatement levers on schedule

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with the GHG Protocol and GRI Standards
• Working knowledge of Hotel energy management, Water efficiency, Green Key certification
• LEED AP certification (required)
• Professional fluency in Arabic
