Design carbon pricing programmes that actually change capex decisions at mid-cap industrials.
What you'll do
- Maintain the decarbonization pathway and marginal abatement cost curve
- Work with operations to land the highest-value abatement levers on schedule
- Structure, evaluate and monitor sustainable finance transactions
- Integrate climate and nature risk into credit and investment decisions
- Own the Tanaka & Partners sustainability roadmap and translate it into annual business-unit targets
What you'll need
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with the GHG Protocol and TCFD
- Working knowledge of Internal carbon pricing, MACC curves, Capex appraisal
- TCFD Reporter certification (required)
- Professional fluency in Japanese
